This ministry reveals exactly what we mean when we say that our small groups can also be language specific. In the Filipino fellowship we have people
of one nation, language and tradition reaching out to the same people.
The Filipino fellowship is a large group of approx. 50 people, with people
coming as far as Bremen and Lübeck to join their monthly fellowship
meetings. Whole families have given their lives to Christ and the impact
it has on the Filipino community in Hamburg is quite tremendous.
The fellowship meetings usually consist of worship, bible study, sharing
and, of course, eating together. For, as the Filipinos put it, there can
be no meeting without eating!
