Our church administrator is responsible for many of the day to day operations at IBC and so is one of the key figures in the church. Some of her daily responsibilities include managing church files and personnel records, organising the church bulletin and newsletter, and maintaining a good overview of the different ministries, office usage and church equipment. Many financial responsibilities are also involved and so our administrator works closely with our trustees to oversee payrolls and help prepare the church budget. She also maintains relationships with the different elders and pastor as well as ministry leaders. Our church administrator at IBC is Jenny Grogan-Kunckel.
