Our Mission is to partner with parents to urgently lead the next generation to say yes to Jesus and live passionately for Him.

IBC Kids Vision
We see a day when children and students will understand that they are loved by God and created to be in relationship with Him when:

• A greeter gets down on the child’s level to engage with them and welcome them, that shows that the child has worth;
• A teacher communicates the love of Jesus, a child remembers that;
• A small group leader listen to what a child is going through, that child feels heard and learn what a relationship looks like.

 

IBC Kids Values

1. We strive to make every child feel safe
   We will do everything within our power to create environments that are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually safe for every child.   
    
2. We are characterized by fun!

   We will never do a boring service, message or environment, so that our kids and students will not be turned away from the One who created fun.
    
3. We communicate the bible in a relevant way

   We strive to COMMUNICATE the BIBLE in truth and in a RELEVANT WAY. So the kids can apply what they learn into their own lives.
    
4. We prioritize relationship
   We will structure our program to develop consistent long term relationships, knowing that consistency + duration = impact.
    
5. We engage kids and students in serving

   We will structure our program to call kids and students into a bigger story for their lives - so they understand that they are the church.
    
6. We partner with the family
   We maximize the two greatest influences in the world (church and families) to work together to reach the next generation.
